What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship free for all orders in Turkey with Aras Courier. For abroad we chase for the best deal cargos and ship with them in 1 week according to your confirmation.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We ship the orders until 3pm same day, and the others the day after. It takes 2 days for Istanbul and 3 days for other cities in Turkey. For abroad, it depends on the deal of shipping company but it takes minimum 4 days and maximum 15 days.
Which mats do you recommend for studios?
We recommend the Pro and Natural Series for studios. They are in moderate budget limit and keeps everyone comfortable in a way. They are easy to clean and you are able to use many years.
May I be a RORU shop in shop?

Do you have offers for studios?
Yes. We have discounts for bulk orders and studios.
My hand and feet are sweating. Which mat should I buy?
If your hand and feet are sweating a lot and you are not comfortable with usual mats, we suggest you the Sun or Moon Series. Moon Series are micro fiber top layer mats. Micro fiber top layer takes all the sweat in keeps you comfortable. Sun Series non-slip top layer is the opposite. It takes the sweat in for a little time and makes it mix in the air while keeping you comfortable.

May I buy RORU if I have an allergic situation?
It depends on which style you are buying. We highly recommend to call us and tell about your allergy. For Sun Series mays the bottom layer of our them is made from natural rubber, and natural rubber does contain latex. However, our top surface does not contain latex. We therefore urge caution to any Yogi who suffers from a latex allergy when using the RORU Mats, and recommend you check with a medical practitioner as to the extent of your allergy and as to whether using a mat with even a rubber base layer could be an issue for you.
If you are buying Natural Series, please be sure about your skin sensitivity level.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union and credit card options.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
It is completely safe to buy online. The system we are using is using the same base with all banks. We don’t store your credit card information in our system.
Orders and Returns
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If we didn’t ship your order, we can cancel it immediately in at least 1 week. If we shipped your order, we will wait for the return and then cancel your order. Return shipping is on your side.
How Do I Track My Order?
After your order is shipped, we send you an email including a tracking number. You may track with it on courier system.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, to track your order clearly, you have to have an account. But do not worry, we don’t send many emails.
How Can I Return a Product?
If the product is in a bad shape of courier/production process, you can always turn your product back. If the cause is not one of these, we can only accept the products with full packaging and unused.
